grooving and breaking, etc. So, what are the standards for installing new grinding wheels on CNC grinders?

1. Check the new grinding wheel carefully. If the new grinding wheel has cracks or scars, it should be strictly prohibited from use.

2. The new grinding wheel should be carefully balanced twice, that is, once before installation, install the spindle bearing and adjust it with diamond, and then balance again.

3. When installing a new grinding wheel, 0.5~2mm special pad paper should be inserted between the grinding wheel and the flange. The grinding wheel flange bolts must be tightened evenly

and firmly with a special wrench. Do not tighten with an extended pipe to prevent the grinding wheel from swelling and cracking.

4. After the new grinding wheel is installed, close the protective door and rotate the parts at the working speed for more than 5 minutes. The CNC grinder operator should avoid the back side 

and make sure the installation is correct and the operation is normal before working. .

5. After the side adjustment of the newly installed grinding wheel is completed and the position memory is carried out, the experimental adjustment should be carried out in accordance with 

the regulations. If there is an abnormality or impact, an emergency stop is required and the position memory is continued.
