Hengcheng has launched a new P-type positive insert for ISO turning, which enriches the product series and can meet different application conditions. 

This time, two groove types, HB1 and HC2, and two materials, AC052P and AT202, are launched, for a total of 21 models.

The positive rake angle design reduces the tendency of bonding and can achieve good surface processing quality and long service life. It is used for finishing of steel parts and stainless steel.

The edge angle design makes cutting fast, and the sharp edge design effectively avoids the generation of built-up edge, and has a wide chip removal range.
