CNC machine tool turning tool maintenance and upkeep mainly includes hydraulic system, spindle lubrication system, guide rail lubrication system, cooling system, and
pneumatic system. Daily inspection is to detect the normal conditions of each system. For example, when performing process inspection of the spindle lubrication system,
the power light should be on and the hydraulic pump should be operating normally. If the power light is not on, the spindle should be kept stopped and contact a
mechanical engineer.
After you are fully familiar with and mastered the knowledge of preventive maintenance, you must also have a deeper understanding and necessary mastery of the causes
and treatments of abnormal phenomena in the hydraulic system. For example, when the oil pump does not spray fuel, the pressure is abnormal, there is noise, etc., you
should know what the main reasons are and what the corresponding solutions are. Abnormal pressure: that is, the pressure is too high or too low. The main reasons are also
multi-faceted, such as improper pressure setting, poor pressure regulating valve coil action, abnormal pressure gauge, leakage in the hydraulic system, etc. Corresponding
solutions include disassembling and cleaning according to the specified pressure setting, replacing a normal pressure gauge, and checking each system in sequence, etc.
The oil pump does not inject oil: the main reasons may be low liquid level in the oil tank, reverse rotation of the oil pump, too low rotation speed, too high oil viscosity, low
oil temperature, clogged filter, excessive oil suction pipe piping volume, and air intake at the oil inlet. , shaft and rotor are damaged, etc., there are corresponding solutions to
the main reasons, such as filling with oil, confirming the sign, changing it when the oil pump is reversed, etc.
There is generally no essential difference between the indexable turning tools used in CNC lathes and ordinary lathes. Their basic structures and functional characteristics are
the same. However, the CNC lathe process is automated, so the requirements for the indexable turning tools used on it are different from those of ordinary lathe tools.
Requirements: Features, Purpose, High Precision Blades, M-level or higher precision cutter arbors are mostly used, and precision-grade cutter arbors with fine-tuning devices
are pre-adjusted outside the machine. It ensures the repeated positioning accuracy of the blade, facilitates coordinate setting, and ensures the accuracy of the tool tip position.
High reliability: Use a chip-breaking geometry with high chip-breaking reliability or a turning tool with a chip-breaking table and chip breaker. Use a turning tool with a
reliable structure, a composite clamping structure and other structures with reliable clamping. The chip breaking is stable, and there must be no disordered or band-shaped
chips to adapt to the requirements of rapid movement and repositioning of the tool holder and no loosening of the clamping during the entire automatic cutting process.
