9. The blade is broken. Not only does it damage the blade. It will also damage the tool pad, cutterhead and workpiece.
Reason 1. The hardness of the workpiece material is too high. Solution: Replace the blade with a wear-resistant blade grade.
Reason 2. The processing system has poor rigidity. Solution: Reinforce clamping of workpieces and tools to reduce cutting usage. Or choose the correct geometric parameters.
10. Vibration.
Problem 1. The clamping is not firm and the feed of the workbench is unstable.
Reason ① The fixture is unstable. Solution: Improve the fixture.
Reason ② The geometric parameters are not suitable. Solution: Change the tool geometry parameters.
Reason ③The feed amount is too large. Solution: Reduce the feed per tooth and use up milling.
Problem 2. The spindle rigidity is poor.
Reason ① The spindle cantilever is too long. Solution: Use milling cutters with unequal pitch and main angle 45 to increase the feed per tooth.
Reason ② Spindle oil clearance. Solution: Repair the spindle and transmission mechanism, increase the cutting speed, and use reverse milling.
11. Poor surface finish. The workpiece finish is not good,
Reason 1. The axial runout of the tool is large. Solution: ① Check the installation quality and adjust the tool. ② Use a parallel blade blade ③ Check the spindle end face runout.
Reason 2. The feed amount is too large. Solution: Increase the cutting speed; or use a bright edge blade.
Reason 3. Vibration. Solution: Check the insert installation; or reduce the cutting depth.
Reason 4. Tumor accumulation on the blade. Solution: Increase the cutting speed; or switch to a positive rake angle milling cutter.
Reason 5. Back knife. Solution: Use a large rake angle and small diameter milling cutter to reduce the depth of cut.
12. Collapse. The edges of the workpiece are burrs and chipped.
Reason 1. The cutting edge is not sharp. Solution: Use sharp cutting edges to reduce negative chamfers and reduce cutting depth.
Reason 2. Cutting resistance is too large. Solution: Reduce the cutting load per tooth and change the entry and exit angles.
Reason 3. The radial cutting force is too large. Solution: Reduce the leading angle.
