As a kind of milling cutter, diamond end milling cutter is divided into two types according to the processing method of the tooth back.
① Sharp tooth milling cutter: A narrow margin is ground on the back to form a relief angle. Due to the reasonable cutting angle, its service life is relatively high.
The tooth back of the sharp-tooth milling cutter has three forms: straight line, curved line and broken line (Figure 2). Straight backs are often used for fine-toothed
finishing milling cutters. The teeth with curved and broken line tooth backs have better strength and can withstand heavy cutting loads, and are often used in coarse-toothed
milling cutters.
② Shovel tooth milling cutter: the back of the tooth is processed into the Archimedes spiral by shoveling (or shovel grinding). Used in the manufacture of various form
milling cutters such as gear milling cutters.
Diamond end mills are suitable for processing aluminum and aluminum alloys, copper and copper alloys, gold, silver, plastic, stone and other materials.

end mills are specially designed to solve materials that are difficult to process with carbide milling cutters, and their durability is 30 times longer than that of the same
tungsten steel cutter.
