Hengcheng Group increased investment in the company. As a professional supplier of machining solutions, Hengcheng Group hopes that through this new efficiency center, customers and employees will have better opportunities to gain first-hand experience in using and testing high-efficiency tools.

With the sound of the last hammer, the foundation stone laying ceremony of Hengcheng New Efficiency Center was officially unveiled, and the group president Stuess personally presided over the ceremony. From early summer 2024, Hengcheng will start using this new building to develop and test future machining technologies – using customer workpieces and materials. In technical training and seminars for customers, partners and employees around the world, the new machining processes are optimized for practical work applications. Hengcheng also plans to coordinate directly with customers from the aerospace industry, energy industry, automotive industry and general machinery to conduct performance tests on customer-specified workpieces using the latest products in the new performance center.

Hengcheng Performance Center will adopt the latest processing and communication technology. This will enable the live broadcast of the training sessions to all Hengcheng brand dealers located in the processing hall on the first floor. The largest of the six training rooms is the auditorium, which can accommodate up to 500 guests and is therefore ideal for large client events and interdepartmental expert seminars.

Evan, Vice President of the Global Competence Center, elaborated: "We will also demonstrate our "digital factory" concept through practical examples, where machine tools, tools and workpieces are all networked." Hengcheng also provides manufacturing processes in the metal processing industry. Software-supported machining strategies and services – from tool selection and supply, machining, all the way to reconditioning and recycling of high-end carbide tools.

The new efficiency center covers an area of about 5,000 square meters, and there is a spacious and comfortable cafeteria on the top floor for all Turbins, employees and visitors.
