is high-speed steel or YG, YT, YW and other general cemented carbides.

There are many diamond materials and specifications that can be used for machine-clamped diamond inserts. Various diamond materials can be selected, and the 

specifications can also be selected according to the workpiece. Using machine-clamped diamond inserts can also use different coatings.

In this way, through reasonable selection of machine-clamped diamond inserts, the performance of specific products will be better than that of hand-sharpened inserts, 

but its versatility will be reduced.

If it is processing batch products, it is better to use a machine clamp diamond insert.

If processing various single-piece and small-batch products, it is better to sharpen the insert by hand and add a few special-purpose machine-clamped inserts

(such as chamfering inserts and cutting inserts).
