1. Danger of cutting tools:

①The blade is sharp and may cause bruises if touched directly by hand;

② Wrong use method or improper use conditions may cause the tool to break and fly out, causing the risk of injury;

③Impact load and excessive wear of the tool may cause the tool to break and splash, posing a risk of injuring the operator;

④ Tools and workpieces generate high temperatures during cutting. Touching them with your hands immediately after processing may cause burns;

⑤ High-temperature chips splash and excessively long chips are discharged, which may cause burns;

⑥ Sparks generated during cutting or heat generated due to damage may ignite chips and cause fire;

⑦ During high-speed rotation, if the balance performance of machine tool fixtures is poor, vibration and chatter will occur, which may cause the tool to break and cause 

danger;

⑧ There are burrs and other defects on the workpiece, and there may be a risk of injury if you touch it directly with your hands.

2. Protection measures

① Use protective equipment such as gloves;

② Use protective equipment such as safety shields and protective glasses;

③ Use protective gear such as protective gloves and replace worn tools in a timely manner;

④ When removing chips, shut down the machine tool, wear protective gloves, and use tools such as pliers or clamps;

⑤ Inflammable and explosive materials should be kept away from the cutting area, and fire prevention measures should be taken when using non-water-soluble cutting fluid;

⑥Do not touch the workpiece with bare hands;

⑦ The machine tool must be put into trial operation and confirmed that there are no abnormal sounds such as vibration or chatter before formal operation.

3. Danger of drill bits

① When processing through holes, the remaining cut parts often fly out at high speed, which is very dangerous and may easily cause accidents.

② The top of a drill bit with a very small diameter is pointed and very sharp. If you touch it directly with your fingers, you may be stabbed, break, and cannot be taken out. 

It may also break and fly out, easily causing injury.

  4. Protection measures

① Use protective equipment such as safety covers and protective glasses, and install an outer cover on the clamping part.

② Pay full attention to safety when operating, please use protective gloves and protective glasses.
